How to use face tape
- Before application, ensure the skin is clean and free from oils or heavy creams. You may apply a light moisturizer but allow it to fully absorb. Tape does not stick on oily surfaces.
- Apply strips of the tape along natural massage or lymph drainage lines
- Wear the tape for 6 to 10 hours per session during the initial 3–4 weeks, then maintain with 1–2 applications per week.
- Remove carefully using a roll-off technique, aided by (baby) oil if desired. The oil dissolves the adhesive and makes it come off easily.
