- Delivery of goods to the EU, UK, USA, Australia and other regions;
- All consumer purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing and stock availability.
However:
- Colours may vary due to screen settings;
- Stock levels may change without notice;
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and offer:
- A replacement product;
- A refund;
- A revised delivery date.

All prices are shown including VAT where applicable.
Prices may differ depending on the shipping country.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

- Return shipping costs may apply;
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Returned items should be sent with proof of purchase.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

All products purchased via CureTape.com come with statutory warranty rights.
We guarantee that our products:

- Are free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at
info@curetape.com for replacement or refund.
Improper, incorrect or unauthorised use of the product voids warranty.

- Misuse of products;

- Third-party technical errors (carriers, payment providers, hosting services).
