What if my package is delayed?

If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can help find a solution to ensure you receive your order. In most cases (around 80%), orders are delivered within the estimated time frame. Our warehouse is located in Germany, allowing us to ship centrally across Europe for faster and more efficient delivery!

Cancelling an order
Orders are immediately processed in our warehouse upon placement, which means that in most cases, cancellation of an order is no longer possible. We are happy to assist you if needed, but for the quickest support, please call us at +31 534781900.
How to return an order
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it at your own shipping cost. In the case of kinesiology tape, the roll must remain unopened to be eligible for return. Please contact our team before sending any returns so we can guide you through the process. If the product is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Why has my order not been processed by CureTape?
An item or an entire order may not be processed by CureTape for several reasons.
For example:
- the item is not in stock
- the address details are incorrect
- a technical issue has occurred
If an order cannot be processed, CureTape will contact you.

You have the right to return any purchase you make from CureTape within 14 days, without providing a reason. The purchase amount for the returned item will be refunded to your bank account within the applicable refund period.
