How to use face tape

1. Before applying, make sure the skin is clean and free of oils or heavy creams. A light moisturizer is fine, as long as it has fully absorbed first. The tape won’t stick to oily surfaces.
2. Apply strips along the natural massage or lymph drainage lines.
3. Wear the tape for 6 to 10 hours per session during the first 3–4 weeks, then maintain results with 1–2 applications per week.
4. Remove it carefully with a roll-off technique, using a little (baby) oil if needed. The oil dissolves the adhesive so it comes away easily.
