Description
Protect your CGM sensor with CureTape Sensor Patches. The Classic range features vibrant colours that make your sensor stand out, while being made from the same high-quality, hypoallergenic cotton used in CureTape Classic. This ensures the patches are skin-friendly, comfortable, and adhesive, keeping your sensor securely in place for several days.
These sensor patches provide a universal fit for Freestyle Libre, Medtronic Guardian, and other common sensors, helping to prolong sensor life. Produced in our ISO-certified factory in South Korea, they meet EU MDR regulations and are trusted by diabetes professionals.
How to Apply Your Sensor Patch
- Remove backing paper #1 – carefully peel off the paper labeled 1, leaving the middle paper in place.
- Position the patch – place the center of the patch directly over your sensor and press gently to secure it.
- Attach the first quarter – press the patch from the center outward onto the skin; one-quarter of the patch is now fixed.
- Remove backing paper #2 – carefully peel off the paper on the opposite side of the patch.
- Secure the second quarter – apply the patch again from the center outward, pressing the next quarter onto the skin.
- Repeat this process for the remaining sides if necessary, ensuring the patch is smooth and fully adhered without wrinkles.

Tips for Applying Sensor Patches:
- Ensure the skin is completely clean and dry before applying. Remove any lotion, oil, sweat or dirt.
- For best results, apply the patch one to two hours before exercising or showering.
- Trim any excess body hair to improve adhesion and comfort.
- After fitting a new sensor, wait and check that it functions properly before applying the patch.
- Avoid touching the adhesive surface to maintain optimal stickiness.
- Once applied, gently rub around the edges to activate the adhesive and ensure a secure hold.
- If the edges start to lift, carefully trim them with scissors to prevent the patch from peeling off completely.
- The patch is water resistant. After showering, swimming or bathing, gently pat it dry with a towel and avoid using a hairdryer.
- If itching, irritation or pain occurs, remove the patch immediately.
The diabetes sensor patches are also highly suitable for children, allowing them to move freely, safely and comfortably with a fun and colourful design, without the risk of their sensor coming loose. The patch can easily be applied over the Freestyle Libre, Medtronic Guardian, Dexcom G6 or any other sensor of a similar size. CureTape Sensor Patches Art are produced using a unique printing process where the dye is fully absorbed into the fibres instead of sitting on top. This ensures the cotton remains smooth, elastic and comfortable on the skin.
Please note: although the adhesive layer is hypoallergenic, it may not be suitable for all skin types. Some users may still experience a skin reaction. If any itching, pain or irritation occurs, remove the patch immediately.
